All shipments are carefully packed prior to shipping. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless damage was incurred during shipping. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return or replacement, please feel free to email us. *** Please note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect every person and animal differently and can take longer for some than others. ***


Returns Process:

1) Email us at ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once your product has been shipped – please email the tracking number to so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) After we have received your package, we will then issue a refund or replacement for the product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.


Cornerstone Botanicals will only accept returns for purchases made on the website. Cornerstone Botanicals will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
