Cornerstone Botanicals was founded after Wendee, the owner, discovered the many benefits of using cannabidiol (CBD) oil and experienced relief from ongoing health issues. After suffering the negative side affects of antidepressants, the use of CBD positively benefited her life, creating a passion in her to spread the good word of CBD and its profound effect on the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS).
Our Involvement With PBS’ Information Matrix
Over the past couple years, we’ve enjoyed participating in national CBD expos, local festivals, and working with media companies to help acquaint everyday people with the value of CBD and our full-spectrum hemp products. Perhaps most notably, we’ve been incredibly excited to work with PBS to create a feature as part of the documentary series Information Matrix hosted by renowned actor Laurence Fishburne.
This segment highlights the emerging value of cannabidiol (CBD) and the entourage effect, referring to CBD’s synergistic effects on the human body in conjunction with other essential cannabinoids. The goal of this short-form documentary is to educate consumers, holistic health seekers, and even existing CBD users on the potential health benefits CBD oil offers.
